Pre-match and live betting
Once registered, you can bet on a wide selection of events both pre-match and in-play, including AFL, the National Rugby League, the NBA, soccer leagues from over 50 countries, cricket, tennis and esports, plus a Quick Bets page for fast picks. Click on the odds to add selections to your bet slip. Every bet you place is a contract between you and our sportsbook, paying out winnings when the bet wins and keeping the stake when it loses, and your stake cannot exceed your account balance.
Pre-match bets are accepted before an event begins and sit in our Sport category, while live bets run in real time in the Live bets category. A live broadcast may run with a slight delay, and live betting can be suspended for technical reasons such as a missing broadcast or a score display problem, but every accepted bet is still settled once the event ends. Outrights are placed in advance on the winner of part of an event or of a whole tournament and are settled when that part ends. Our virtual sports are football, basketball and tennis matches simulated with artificial intelligence and a random number generator.
Acceptance and changing odds
A bet cannot be cancelled or modified once it has been placed and you have received a confirmation message, and a lost internet connection is not a reason to cancel a registered bet. Bets are accepted on the current betting line with its odds and stake limits, and later changes to the line do not affect bets already placed. If the odds change before your bet is accepted, you receive a message about the odd change and can either confirm the bet or cancel it. Match times and dates are given for reference and are not part of the bet offer, and mistakes in fixtures or statistics are not a reason to cancel a bet. If a match starts early, bets taken before the actual start remain valid. We may correct errors in odds, fixtures and outcomes caused by human or system failure, and if the original odds were clearly overestimated or underestimated we may recalculate the bet on the average market rate offered by other sportsbooks. By betting, you confirm that you understand the wagering conditions, and a missing bet type description is not a reason for cancellation. If any bet condition is unclear, our customer support will explain it.
Settlement and cancellation
Bets cover regular time unless stated otherwise, and when overtime is included the bet conditions say so. Basketball, American football and baseball bets include overtime by default unless stated otherwise. A result is final after regular time, such as 90 minutes in football or 60 minutes in ice hockey, or when an official decision ends the match early. We settle on the final score announced by the official sports body, and later score changes or disqualifications do not alter that settlement, unless a wrongly announced score is corrected within 24 hours after the conclusion of the match.
Bet cancellation, with the stake returned in full, can happen when a match is cancelled or interrupted and not finished within 48 hours of its start, or within three days for pre-match football bets. It can also happen when one of the parties is absent, when a team sport moves to the home ground of the original away team, after a technical defeat, or when the traditional match format changes. Where foul play such as match-fixing or deliberate influence by athletes, judges or organisers is suspected, our security department decides on cancellation after reviewing the betting accounts, the bet groups and outcomes, and the position of the official governing body. Betting on an event in which you take part yourself is prohibited, and if we suspect it we may cancel all your bets on that event and block your account. Bets may also be cancelled when technical or software errors show incorrect odds, scores or event times during a broadcast, and repeated bets on the same outcome may be cancelled except for the first one.
Where an event can have more than one winner or a draw without a draw option in the bet, outright stakes are reduced in proportion to the expected and actual number of winners, and winnings are paid on the reduced stake. Bet calculation is done within approximately 20 minutes of the end of a match and no longer than 24 hours, and winnings are credited to your account once the bet is calculated.
Sport-specific settlement
- Football bets cover regular play including injury time, counted within the 45th and 90th minutes, without extra time. If a match stops before the 90th minute or is postponed for more than 2 days, bets are cancelled except those already decided, unless the match is officially declared finished. Youth and friendly matches settle on the final result without overtime, whether or not the full regular time was played.
- Ice hockey bets cover regular time unless the line includes overtime and shootouts. If a game is not finished within 48 hours, bets are cancelled except those decided by the score at the stoppage, and for totals and Asian totals a shootout counts as one goal for the winning team.
- Basketball bets include overtime, except second half and fourth quarter bets, which exclude it. Bets on players who take no part are void at odds of 1.00.
- In tennis, if a player withdraws, the player who goes through to the next round is the winner. If less than one set is played before the match stops, bets are cancelled at 1.0 unless their outcome is already decided by the games or sets played. A match suspended by weather stays unsettled until it finishes, set betting after a retirement settles on the score at that moment, game totals count the games played, and a doubles super tie-break counts as a one-game set.
- American football bets include overtime unless stated otherwise, and player bets are cancelled if the player does not play.
- Baseball bets include extra innings unless stated otherwise, with the same rules for 7-inning and 9-inning games.
- Boxing and MMA bets settle on the official result announced straight after the fight, and later changes count only when a scoring or announcement error is corrected within 24 hours of our initial settlement. Bets are cancelled if the fight is not completed within 48 hours of its scheduled start, if a fighter is removed or replaced before the first round, if the scheduled duration or number of rounds changes, or if the event moves to another country. A fighter who does not continue between rounds ends the fight at the close of the previous round, a disqualified fighter loses, and a no contest makes bets void at 1.00 except those already decided.
- Cricket bets run until the match finishes, which can take several days. Weather-affected matches settle on the final result, including Duckworth-Lewis results, and a draw or disqualification cancels bets except those already decided.
- Formula 1 head-to-head bets are accepted before qualifying and settle on the official main race result. A driver who does not start makes their bets void at 1.00, and if neither driver finishes, the one with more laps wins.
- In volleyball, a golden set is not counted for set totals or set scores.
- Handball bets cover regular time, except the next point scorer and race to points markets, which include extra time.
- Rugby union and league bets settle on two regular halves of 40 minutes, except first half, extra time and penalty markets. Tries markets count only tries and penalty tries.
- Table tennis bets are cancelled if a match is not completed within 48 hours or a player cannot continue, except bets already decided, and all bets are cancelled at 1.0 if less than one set was played.
- Snooker bets on an unfinished match are cancelled except those already decided, and because matches are played in sessions a match may finish the following day.
- Darts bets on an unfinished match are void except those already decided, and best result bets are cancelled if the match ends in a draw.
- Biathlon, skiing, ski jumping and alpine skiing settle on the official race protocol published straight after the race, without later disqualifications. In head-to-heads, a shared place returns the bet at 1.0 and the athlete who reached the later stage ranks higher. A competitor who does not take part is returned, and one who starts but does not finish loses.
- In other sports played over a fixed number of games or sets, a player who does not finish loses to the opponent who goes through, and a technical defeat cancels bets at 1.0.
Stake limits and Cash Out
The minimum stake is 0.1 USD, 0.1 EUR, 5 UAH, 10 RUB, 50 KZT or 10 INR for accounts in those currencies, and for all other currencies it is the equivalent of 0.5 USD in your account currency. The maximum stake for each bet is shown on the bet offer in your account currency, and we may limit any customer's minimum and maximum stake under our internal security policy.
Cash Out lets you request an early calculation of your bet before the event ends. It is offered for all bet types, although for specific matches and betting markets it may not be offered. You can cash out at any time after placing a bet while the market is still active, from My account, then Account history, then the bet Details and the Do Cash Out button at the bottom of the coupon. The selling price is shown in that button line and can vary by market. We may cancel a Cash Out if the Cashout price was set incorrectly or the Cash Out happened after the result was known, and the bet is then settled on the official result. We may also suspend or disable Cash Out for certain accounts at any time.

Free Bet eligibility and activation
Sports bonuses come as Bonus Funds or Free Bets through our sports bonus campaigns. These general rules apply to every sports campaign unless its own terms say otherwise, and each campaign may set its eligibility, period, activation steps, qualifying bets and wagering. We may amend, suspend, restrict, cancel or withdraw any campaign at any time at our sole discretion.
Your Main Balance holds real-money funds and account units that can be used for bets and, under our terms, for withdrawals, with account units equal in value to the matching fiat currency. Your Bonus Balance holds Bonus Funds, Free Bets, Net Winnings and other promotional credits. A Free Bet is a type of Bonus Funds used to place a sports bet without Main Balance funds, and Net Winnings are the winnings from a successful Free Bet minus the Free Bet stake. Wagering requirements are the conditions you meet before Bonus Funds or Net Winnings move to your Main Balance or become withdrawable, and qualifying deposits and qualifying bets are those that meet the campaign conditions. My Account shows your balances, campaign details, wagering progress and transaction history, with the Bonus Wagering Widget tracking your progress.
A Free Bet is used as one single bet and cannot be split into smaller bets. Its value is set by the campaign and cannot be changed, exchanged or transferred. A Free Bet can carry conditions such as minimum or maximum odds, eligible sports or markets, live or pre-match limits, qualifying events and time limits, and by default it can be used on eligible events in our Sports, Live and Esports sections. When a Free Bet wins, its Net Winnings go to your Bonus Balance and count as Bonus Funds for wagering, and Bonus Funds and Net Winnings can move to your Main Balance only after wagering unless the campaign says otherwise. A fixed bonus is a set amount of Bonus Funds, and a percentage deposit bonus is a set share of a qualifying deposit made to your Main Balance.
A sports bonus shows as Active while it is credited and wagering is open, Wagered once wagering is complete and the funds can move to your Main Balance, and Pending Settlement when wagering is met but one or more qualifying bets are still unsettled. It shows as Cancelled when it has been removed, forfeited or deducted, for example after unfinished wagering, an expired wagering period, a breach of campaign terms or your own opt-out.
To join a campaign, you meet its eligibility criteria and complete its required actions, and by taking part you accept these terms and the campaign terms. Where a deposit to your Main Balance is needed, the minimum qualifying deposit is the lowest deposit available in your account currency at that time, unless the campaign sets a different amount. When several qualifying bets are needed, they must be on different sporting events, and only the first qualifying bet on any one event counts, so a later 1X2, Total or Odd/Even bet on the same match is not counted. A sports bonus activates when you opt in or otherwise confirm participation. You can have one active campaign at a time by default, and during its wagering you may be unable to join others. You can leave a campaign by choosing Opt Out for it in My Bonuses, and its Bonus Funds, Free Bets and Net Winnings may then be removed and its wagering progress reset. A breach of the terms may lead to disqualification, cancelled Bonus Funds, Free Bets or Net Winnings, qualifying bets being left out of wagering, or other permitted measures.
Free Bet wagering and transfer
A campaign uses one of three wagering models. With a bonus amount multiplier, you place qualifying bets worth the Bonus Funds received times the stated multiplier. With a Free Bet multiplier, the qualifying bets must add up to the Free Bet value times the stated multiplier. With a bet quantity requirement, you place and settle a set number of qualifying bets, each at the minimum stake and other campaign conditions. Wagering can use your Bonus Balance, your Main Balance or both, as the campaign states. The wagering period is set by each campaign and, unless it says otherwise, starts when the Bonus Funds or Free Bet reach your Bonus Balance. If wagering is not completed in that period, we may cancel, deduct or forfeit what remains of the Bonus Funds, Free Bets and Net Winnings, plus any winnings they produced.
A Free Bet counts for wagering only when it is settled as a winning bet that was not cancelled, not cashed out, not re-settled at odds of 1.00 and not settled at 0.50 on an Asian total or Asian handicap. Its Net Winnings are then credited to your Bonus Balance and must clear wagering before they can move to your Main Balance. A losing Free Bet expires automatically, and your participation in that campaign may end automatically. Unless a campaign says otherwise, qualifying bets are singles or multiples of two or more selections on live or pre-match events listed under Sports, Live or Esports, with at least one selection meeting the minimum odds, placed and settled within the wagering period, and both winning and losing qualifying bets count.
When you wager from your Main Balance, you place qualifying bets for the required amount under the campaign's wagering model. If your Main Balance reaches zero during the wagering period, you can deposit more and carry on. Winnings from these bets go to your Main Balance unless the campaign says otherwise, and cancelled bets, cashed-out bets and the re-settled bets described above do not count.
When you wager from your Bonus Balance, you place qualifying bets under the campaign's requirements and model, and unless the campaign says otherwise, winnings are credited back to the Bonus Balance and remain under the wagering requirements before any transfer. Bonus Funds are used until the wagering is complete or the Bonus Balance falls below the minimum qualifying bet for the campaign, and at that point we may cancel the Bonus Funds, reset your progress and end your participation. The same re-settlement exclusions apply here, and bets placed from your Bonus Balance cannot be cancelled or cashed out unless the campaign allows it.
Once wagering is complete, choose Claim in the campaign to move your eligible Bonus Funds or Net Winnings to your Main Balance. Unless a campaign states otherwise, we may cancel, deduct or forfeit wagered Bonus Funds or Net Winnings left unclaimed for more than 30 days after the wagering was completed.
Sports bonus safeguards
Unless a campaign states otherwise, participation is limited to one bonus per user, household, registration address, email address, payment method, device or IP address. We may refuse, suspend, cancel, reclaim or withhold any Bonus Funds, Free Bets, Net Winnings or other rewards where we reasonably suspect bonus abuse, fraud, collusion, campaign manipulation, multiple accounts, a breach of our terms or other abusive or unfair activity. We may verify the identity of any campaign participant and ask for documents or account verification before processing withdrawals, including withdrawals of funds won through bonus wagering. If you fail or refuse to complete the verification we request, we may suspend your participation, withhold Bonus Funds or winnings or decline the withdrawal. We may review the betting and transaction history of campaign participants to detect fraudulent, abusive or irregular activity. Where we determine at our reasonable discretion that a campaign has been abused or an attempt was made, we may disqualify the player, cancel Bonus Funds, Free Bets or Net Winnings along with the winnings derived from Bonus Funds, withhold or reverse related withdrawals, suspend or close the account, or restrict access to services, promotions or withdrawals. We may also change, suspend or end any campaign or these bonus terms at any time, including to prevent abuse, fraud, operational errors or technical issues. Taking part in a campaign means accepting these bonus terms and our general terms, and our decisions on eligibility, qualification, abuse prevention and campaign settlement are final when made in line with these terms and applicable law.
